Thoyz-liveried trucks on a highway past a logistics park at dawn
Operating now

Freight, arranged, not warehoused as a promise.

We run this line asset-light: a carrier network mobilised to your lane per contract, held to the same documentation and compliance discipline as everything else we do.

The model

Asset-light, by design.

We do not own the trucks. We own the relationship, the vetting, the paperwork and the reporting, and we mobilise capacity to a lane when a lane exists, rather than carrying idle assets and pricing them into your rate.

For a buyer, the trade is simple: you give up the story of a branded fleet, and in return you get a network that flexes to your volume and a compliance standard that doesn’t. Every carrier we put on your lane clears the same checks.

Service types

Four freight patterns we arrange today.

FTL

Full truckload, one consignment fills the vehicle, point to point. Best for high-volume, single-destination lanes.

PTL

Part truckload. Your goods share a vehicle, billed on the space used. Best for regular sub-truckload volumes.

Milk-run

One vehicle, a fixed sequence of stops, collecting or dropping along a route. Best for multi-vendor inbound to a plant.

Last-mile

Final-leg distribution from a hub to end points. Best for urban delivery off a warehouse.

How a lane gets mobilised

Four steps, and the paperwork before the first movement.

1

Scope

You give us the lane, the volume, the frequency and the service level. We confirm what’s realistic before we quote.

2

Match

We identify carriers on the network who already run that corridor and clear our vetting.

3

Paper

Contracts, insurance, e-way-bill handling and documentation set up before the first movement, not chased after it.

4

Run & report

The lane goes live, and the reporting starts with the first trip.

Carrier vetting

On the lane because they cleared the checks.

Not because they were available.

  • Registration & permits: valid and current before a single movement.
  • Insurance in force: confirmed for the consignment, not assumed.
  • Driver documentation: checked and held against the record.
  • Renewal discipline: the same expiry countdowns that run our own fleet extend to placed carriers. That tracking lives in the platform →

Documentation

Auditable end to end, without you assembling the trail.

Freight lives and dies on paperwork. E-way bills generated and matched to the movement; insurance confirmed for the consignment; PODs captured and filed, so a movement is auditable end to end.

Insurance limits and documentation turnaround are set per lane in the contract, against the value and nature of the goods moved.

What reporting you receive

Primary data, not a self-reported spreadsheet.

Movement status, documentation completeness, and a monthly summary built from the primary trip data. The reporting discipline is the same one that runs the employee-transport line; only the payload changes.

Mobilisation timeline, indicative; a live lane confirms its own dates.

Questions people ask

Straight answers, before the call.

Do you own the trucks?

No. We arrange freight through a carrier network, mobilised per lane. That is a deliberate choice, not a gap. It keeps idle assets out of your rate and lets capacity flex to your volume.

How do you make sure a carrier is compliant?

Every carrier clears registration, permit, insurance and driver-documentation checks before they run your lane, and stays on the same renewal-tracking discipline as our own fleet.

Who handles e-way bills and insurance?

We do, generated and matched to the movement, and confirmed before the first trip rather than reconciled after it.

What reporting do I get?

Movement status, documentation completeness and a monthly summary drawn from the primary trip data.
