Same method, any location

How we open a new location.

One operating method, run wherever your offices are. A new site is stood up on the same thirty-day plan as the first one, and everything below describes how.

How we map your corridors

The corridors, and the clusters that feed them.

Employee-transport demand clusters around a site’s working corridors and the residential areas that feed them. We plan cars for the scattered residential pickups and buses for the dense stretches where a corridor delivers twenty or more people within a few kilometres.

The corridor map comes from where your people actually live, drawn during the opening site survey, not from a template.

Shift patterns

The shift patterns we plan around.

Why the night-shift protocol is core, not an add-on.

  • General shifts: the standard daytime commute across campuses.
  • Rotational shifts: aligned to overseas hours, rolling through the day.
  • Night shifts: which is why the night-shift and women’s-safety protocol is not an add-on but a core part of how routes are planned.

Compliance, wherever we run

The statute as the floor, not the ceiling.

We operate to the statutory requirements for commercial passenger transport, and for the transport of women on night shifts, that apply wherever the site is. We treat the statute as the floor rather than the ceiling.

The document tracking and expiry discipline that run our vehicles and drivers are the same at every location. The safety method, in full →

Charging & depot

An electric fleet lives or dies on its charging window.

Where the route allows electric, vehicles charge on a schedule that clears them for the morning shift wall, with the energy recorded per vehicle, the same reading that feeds the emissions statement.

Where a route rules electric out, we say so rather than blur it, and the report shows the share of distance actually run on electric.

Standing a site up

A new location, on the same thirty-day plan.

Site survey and route study, fleet and driver induction, pilot routes, then full cutover. The plan is shared and agreed before work starts, and if a site needs longer we say so before you commit.

Moving people to work? Tell us the corridors.

Send us the route list and the shift pattern. We’ll come back with how we’d plan it, cars, buses and the charging window behind them.
