Thoise, Ladakh, and the name.
Thoise is an airfield in the Nubra valley in Ladakh, a little over three thousand metres above sea level, and one of the highest operational airstrips anywhere. The air is thin, the weather window is short, and nothing moves in or out of it on improvisation. Everything is planned, briefed, flown, and then written down.
We took the name as a standard we hold ourselves to, not a claim about where we operate. It is a reminder of how an operation should run: planned, briefed, executed, recorded, not improvised.
What we do
What we operate, and the difference in language.
We move people to work. Cars and small vehicles for scattered residential pickups; electric buses for dense corridors, where twenty or more people board within a few kilometres of one another. We run electric wherever the route’s duty cycle and your charging window allow it, and say so plainly on the routes where they do not.
Trucking and warehousing we arrange through a partner network, and we are deliberate about the difference. Employee transportation is a service we operate. Trucking and warehousing are services we assess, contract, coordinate and report on. We do not own a truck fleet. We do not own a warehouse. Nothing on this site will imply otherwise.

We open a new location on the same thirty-day plan, wherever your offices are. The operating method, the vetting rules and the reporting do not change from one site to the next. What changes is the corridor map, drawn from where your people actually live.
